Requirements to get a maid?

You need to provide us with your Salary certificate along with a Maduniya, or a letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Labour, that can be obtained from any Sanad Office (the fee is 101 Oman Rials and it is valid for 6 months).

How can we assist you finding the ideal maid?

UWP Giant can handle all of the paperwork on your behalf. A maid's monthly wage is 160 Omani Rials according to Philippine Embassy standards, 120 Omani Rials according to Sri Lankan Embassy regulations 110 Omani Rials for Myanmar and 100 Omani Rials for Kenya. In the Philippines and Sri Lanka, there are a few steps that must be followed. We will handle this documentation on your behalf at no extra charge. Among these are: Registration with the Philippines Overseas Employment Agency or the Sri Lankan Employment Bureau Beuro. Medical Examination for Foreign Employment. Airline Ticket. Passport fees. A three-day course in the maid's home country is required so that she understands the rules and regulations as well as the methods of working overseas.

What is the process?

After concluding the paperwork with the Sanad office, which we may do on your behalf, you must review the CVs of housemaids from the Philippines or Sri Lanka on our Social media platform, via Whatsapp, or in person at our office. Once you've decided, we'll arrange a meeting through Zoom or WhatsApp call so you can ask any questions you have and connect with the candidate in person. Our agent will supervise the interview and assist you in making a decision. Once a maid has been chosen, an advance fee of the total value must be paid in cash or via bank transfer or at our office in Salalah balance upon deployment. Once the money is received, the process begins, which takes 3 to 6 weeks. We will keep you posted on the progress. However Myanmar and Kenya can be deployed in less than 2 weeks.

Understanding the deployment process (3 - 6 weeks deployment time)

Time 1 - SELECTION

We begin the procedure after you select the CV, give us the Id card copy, Maduniya, salary certificate, and pay the advance.

Time 2 - NOC

We prepare the employment contract, stamp it with the Manpower and Foreign stamps, and send it to our Muscat office for processing in POLO for the NOC (NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE).

04/05/2023

Time 3 - VISA & ATTESTATION

We apply for a VISA after receiving the NOC, and then we make insurance and send it to POLO for verification and attestation.

10/05/2023

Time 4 - DEPLOYMENT

The original contract is couriered to the Philippines after it has been attested in POLO. The houseworker attends training (TESDA/OWWA), after which the OEC (Overseas Exit Clearance) is issued, and the deployment takes 3-6 weeks from the date the visa is stamped.

We prepare the employment contract, stamp it with the Manpower and Foreign stamps, make Insurance, apply for Visa and send it to our Muscat office for processing in Srilankan Embassy for Attestation.

Time 4 - DEPLOYMENT

We apply for Beuro after the contract is attested by the Sri Lankan embassy. Once Beuro is accepted, we can book the flight. The entire process takes roughly 3-4 weeks.
